Advanced CE on ingredient synergy

Has anyone taken a CE that truly drills into ingredient synergy and sequencing — think retinaldehyde with azelaic for PIH vs. compromised barrier, peptide timing with low-dose AHAs, and pacing weekly enzyme vs. acid use — for building personalized regimens by Fitzpatrick and tolerance? I need 8 hours before March 15 and would love live-virtual or LA in-person; brand-agnostic is a plus.

ASCP’s Education Center has brand-neutral live-virtual workshops you can stack to hit 8 hours before 3/15: https://www.ascpskincare.com. To pressure-test sequencing, run a 3-week tolerance ladder — enzymes on non-acid days, peptides on recovery nights, and only pair retinaldehyde + azelaic once the barrier is quiet for 7 days; it’s like speed-dating your actives. If you need LA in-person, International Dermal Institute runs solid days but leans Dermalogica — do you need CA-approved CEUs or just hours?

You might look at the Society of Cosmetic Chemists’ California Chapter — brand-agnostic live-virtual evenings that get into interaction/compatibility for sequencing: https://www.scconline.org. Stack two sessions to hit your 8 hours before 3/15; it’s a bit chem-heavy, but mapping it to Fitzpatrick/tolerance feels like recipe timing in a pro kitchen. Would an LA in-person chapter meetup work for you, or do you need strictly virtual?
