Cleaner prep, faster Brazilians

But i’m consistently clocking 15–18 minute Brazilians by tightening my hygiene and application: cleanse with an unscented pre-wax solution, pat fully dry, a light cornstarch dust, nitrile gloves, single-use sticks, and thin hard wax at about 65°C with firm pressure. Post-wax, I disinfect tools with 70% isopropyl and swap table paper every client, which cut irritation and rework — what temps and pre/post products are you using to keep speed without compromising cleanliness?

I keep a tiny clip-on fan aimed low to get the area bone-dry before the cornstarch — it cut sticking and shaved a couple minutes in humid rooms… With your “thin hard wax at about 65°C,” a micro swipe of barrier oil on the mons only helps prevent lift on fragile skin without slowing set. Small caveat: in some states 70% iso alone doesn’t meet implement disinfection, so an EPA-registered hospital-grade is safer.

I started pre-trimming to about 6 mm with a guarded trimmer before the cleanse, and it cut my re-pulls and dropped me to 14–15 minutes when doing “thin hard wax at about 65°C” — less drag on those first strips. I skip the trim if hair’s already short or super curly because it can snap and slow you down.
