Enhancing Client Consultations

I’ve been focusing on improving my client consultations and wanted to share some insights. Using open-ended questions to really understand a client’s needs has transformed my approach. Has anyone else implemented new strategies that have made a noticeable impact on their service quality?

I’ve started keeping a consultation journal to track my clients’ evolving needs over time — , it really drives me nuts when I forget details from previous chats, but this has helped me maintain continuity. Have you considered integrating technology, like appointment reminder texts with a quick survey?

One thing that’s really helped me is actively summarizing my client’s needs back to them during the consultation — it not only shows them I’m listening but also helps clarify anything they might have left out. Have you tried this approach?
