My jade roller staged an intervention

It glared at me at 6 a.m. when I reached for a second espresso after a 4-hour night, and I swear I heard, ‘water, walk, then roll.’ Anyone else notice most texture emergencies calm down after seven hours of sleep and a slow 15-minute stretch instead of another layer of product?

I’m into your “water, walk, then roll” order; add 60 seconds of gentle collarbone-to-ear lymph strokes before rolling and it de-puffs faster than another layer. Small caveat: skip the freezer — cool tap temp’s enough and won’t trigger flush; is your roller more drill sergeant or tiny bouncer?

6 a.m. second espresso is my cue for 2 minutes legs-up-the-wall, then a chilled jade roller sweeping down to the collarbone; de-puffs faster than more product. Tiny tweak to @jamie_carl87: keep strokes down, not up, and on 4-hour nights I skip acids.
