The great goggle mix-up

Client today tried to wear the laser goggles upside down and insisted it felt safer; we paused, re-fitted properly, checked the interlock, and did a dime-sized test spot with cooling before proceeding. They exhaled and said, “Wow, spa and science,” which I’m definitely stealing — anyone else have a safety-first blooper that still kept the client comfy?

I started Sharpie-labeling “TOP” on the frames and doing a quick two-finger seal check at the temples so lashes aren’t pinched — it’s made the fit foolproof. Handing them a pocket mirror while I adjust turns it into “spa and science” and they chill out fast. Caveat: I skip the mirror on fresh brow-tint days to avoid bumping dye.
